No. As per add7's policy, each individual is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email, or payment method will result in All Accounts Closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited. For more details, Terms & Conditions Read on.

On the login page Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" button. Enter your registered phone number — a 6-digit OTP will be sent to you. Use the OTP to set a new password. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. If you have trouble receiving the OTP, contact us at support@add7.im.

After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes — this is a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or use OTP login right away. If your account remains locked for an extended period, please contact Support.

Yes. Two separate accounts can be used from the same device — however, each account must belong to a completely different person and have a unique phone number, email address, and payment method. Using the same payment account for two different members may cause issues.
